On 23 March, hundreds of Sikh youngsters would post pics of currency notes with Bhagat Singh’s picture on it. And tag all their friends. Within a month, he will be forgotten for another year. Bhagat Singh was not a martyr to get his face plastered on bits of paper. He was a true national and he fought for the people of India, not some elite class which would form dynasty like governments tomorrow. Dear people of India and the world, remember Bhagat Singh as someone who lived for social equality and justice, and he died to keep the spirit of revolution alive.
